Driving around Palm Jumeirah is easy, with plenty of signposts and directions to the fronds. The Palm has good public transport links, including bus routes, water taxis, and Palm Monorail. While vacant RTA taxis can sometimes be hard to find, many private taxis at hotels, spas, and beach resorts are available. Water taxis are a quick way to access the fronds and Crescent, and routes include Al Sufouh Road to Sofitel Dubai or Dubai Marina to the One & Only Resort.

Shoreline Apartments was one of the first buildings to be handed over on The Palm by Nakheel. While the quality is quite basic, the properties are spacious, between 800 sq. ft. up to 1,200 sq. ft.
