Grant is originally from Bradford, England, and comes from a strong sales background. He worked for a large IT consumables company for over 15 years as a Scottish government contracts manager. As well as having experience in education qualifications, he was the sales manager of Abu Dhabi-based radio station Capital Radio UAE since arriving in the UAE.

Grant made the exciting leap into the world of real estate, working for Betterhomes as an integral part of the Downtown leasing team.

Grant is a family man with two children. Furthermore, he is a huge music and football fan, supporting the pride of West Yorkshire, 'Bradford City'.
