The Waterfront District's Hartland Waves is a crisp clean 35-story modern architecture that stands tall in front of the 1.8 km promenade that Sobha Hartland has on its waterfront side. The façade is a simple interplay of horizontal and vertical shapes that provide unbroken 360-degree views from every residence in the tower, allowing residents to experience the sunrises and sunsets of each glorious day. The two sharp corners have a vertical focus that draws attention to a lightweight floating roof that gives the impression of breeziness and lightness.
