NYE Celebrations in Dubai

It sure has been a crazy year, so if you’re looking to finally end 2020 with a bang, we have compiled a list of the best places to say farewell to 2020 and ring in the new year.

It is important to notice the new rules announced on 26 December 2020. Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management approved precautionary measures for New Year’s Eve celebrations in a household. The meeting was chaired by Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

It was announced that social gatherings must be limited to 30 people with proper social distancing measures in place. Social distancing should be calculated so that each person attending the gathering can have a minimum of 4 sq.m. space at the venue itself. Anybody not adhering to these rules will be fined heavily at 50,000 AED for the host and 15,000 AED for every else who attended.

Breeze, Club Vista Mare, Palm Jumeirah

If you’re looking for something by the sea breeze with live entertainment, this beach club on the Palm has got it. With an option of a day time session for 395 AED per person, and 895 AED per person for the evening ticket. Both events feature a DJ set from Hedkandi founder and dance music legend Mark Doyle, as well as Dutch DJ Mike Van Loon.

It has been confirmed that this year’s Burj Khalifa firework display is back! Emaar at Downtown Dubai are preparing for an incredible Fireworks and laser show to ring in the new year in awe. The massive show Dubai is well-known for, will take place again this year and will be broadcasted live globally.
